An A+ organization

In the USA you wisely use words from latin and greek without altering them so I can explain this brand new word I coined exactly the way I do for Italians
Blefaros (greek) eyelid
Calasi (italian/latin) falling down

Sarde in saor is a traditional recipe made with sardines.
First you slice onions and cook them on a mild fire till they're tender and transparent. While doing it you fry the sardines and then you add them to the onions with a little vinegar, if you are rich you can add raisins pine seeds and use Balsamic vinegar from Modena 100 $ a fluid oz.Then you pile them in a jar and serve after 3-6 days of seasoning.
The real miracle is to do this home for 70.80 hungry kayakers. Carmela is a saint

You couldn't believe how many times good Bepi went from Mestre to Venezia just to be scolded the first time he was late
You say "such a new !!!"
don't you dare !!
I'm not mad-period...
I'm mad-at ............... namely you
you must know that in Italy grades is from 0 to 10 and so the original title was "10+ organization" in the article I add 1 every good thing to reach excellence

Use medium characters in visualization or layers won't work properly
I'm really mad at people who, been born with the silver spoon, take everything for granted and don't realize the work and the time needed to organize a thing like the "Three days in Venice's lagoon". Try only to think that Venice is devoted to squeeze the last cent from the tourist and you must find places to shelter and harbour 60 canoes and people used to camp for free. This is my account of these three days and of a
A+ organization
by GIOANNI

This is the second year I'm at the "Three days in the Lagoon" last year the weather was rainy but I was suffering of a poetry-fit, t'was the second trip with the Scupper, and everything looked wonderful.
In a cold mind I decided to give the weather responsible ( the latin god Giove Pluvio ) and Tito and Carmela a second chance. Tito and Carmela are the soul, mind, stamina of the organization and I was impressed by their incredible dedication and kindness, they are wonderful persons. Now Rainy Jove is collaborative and the human side is at it's top. We have a bus to commute from the parking place to the embark near Quarto D'Altino and only to have a parking place is a daydream there. +1
We reach an island two paddle strokes from Burano all for us with showers and services lent us by the scouts +2A few words on the island of Burano, I know few places so full of life merry and friendly even with tourists , it's not a museum, houses are little all painted in the most improbable colours.

We have some motor boats that commute from where we are paddling and Mestre with wine bread and bean soup to refresh us at noon also carrying all the luggage silver-spooned-people were too lazy to load on kayaks+3.. Tito is sorry that the bean soup was not so tasty as last year's so in the evening on the mitical flying barbecue arcobaleno serves us a bruschetta-party.+4 The bean soup was really not so good 'cause Tito knowing that there were two animalist vegetarians among us didn't use pork rind. I should take away a point from grades 'cause it's an cooking heresy but I must add 1 for misled good will.
I'm usually a mild-minded person who thinks and acts in colours and not in black-white but when I find saints poets integralists of any kind turn instantly mean and being fairly good at words I begin thrashing the poor fellow marrying the exactly opposite ideas. I can't stand people who only because they act exactly the way I do ( I think that it's the only way to a decent living) clad themselves with saintity and found parties on clòuds of smoke. There's a streak of cruelty in me when I'm in the mood so afterward I feel guilty, only a little guilty, 'cause those two were young while I should behave the age I have. Be advised; don't argue with me not to make me feel badly afterwards.
The day after we camp on Certosa island near the bacino di S.Marco. It's closed to public but Tito managed to have a special permit and we could also mount our tents in some brand new warehouses. People I'm mad at said that they preferred some golf greens to camp. I felt meaner. This night we are going in Venice to see the fireworks and this island is strategically the best to go there.+5
At noon "sarde in saor" +6 . Tito gets the keys of Forte S.Andrea , another ancient buinding in perennial restoration closed to public. Enrapturing +7.
I fochi.. i fochi.. i fochi... i fochi... i fochi... i fochi.
Coming back..... wonderful... with the sit-on-top dancing on motorboats waves after the fireworks.
On Sunday in a group we go to Murano and then Venezia. It's not better or more suggestive than last year, here the organization failed in improving and could work on it. I park my canoe just on the "Sagrato of Salute" and no cop think to fine me.+8
Now we leave Venezia and cross to lagoon to Mestre but there's another tradition to honor. In the unhabited barren island of Campalto everyone shares all he has left to eat and drink and on the flying grill something good wait for us +9
As usual I'm too well fed not so sober and in the evening I must face 150 ml home to be at work tomorrow morning. I'm affected by an incredible "blefarocalasi postprandiale" and I'm risking my life.
I find two eighteen year old polish hitchikers speaking a wonderfully fluent english and we keep us awake discussing everything school, languages, way of life, .

Obviously this is a miracle of saint Carmela praying for me and so.+10

Wish I could be young and free like those two boys.
